Already in class at the courses in Hastings, I remembered that faraway school history lesson about the battle near the town of Hastings (East Sussex county, Great Britain), where on October 14, 1066, a battle took place between the Anglo-Saxon army of King Harold and the troops of the Norman Duke William. After winning this battle, William (the Conqueror) became king of England, and England became a feudal monarchy with strong centralized power. I loved history lessons a lot, and it was then that I really wanted to visit this place... and... dreams come true... And it was here, at the English Channel, at the age of 43, that I realized 3 simple things: 1) you need to learn not English, but you need to learn it in order to learn this huge and wonderful world. 2) there is no cost of English classes, but there is an investment in the future. 3) the world is predetermined, and the vector of globalization is directed only forward.
