I`m Mrs. Rashida Pivazian (Vazieva). «The teachers open the door and the students enter it themselves»… In those distant 70s, the teacher of Russian language and Literature Mrs. Rose Markova and English teacher Mrs. Pauline Zotova were my first teachers who carefully and accurately wrote on blank sheets of my school autobiography.

At the institute, the teachers Miss Diana Aitova (Phonetics), Mr. Nikolai Novikov (Grammar of the English language) and Mrs. Lidia Gromova (Spoken English) greatly promoted my English. In the second year of the institute, I was elected the dean of the Maly faculty of foreign languages, supervised the work of novice student teachers in city schools, taught myself.

After university, I started my career in the Komsomol State Committee of Almetyevsk, Tatarstan. Mrs. Tamara Karpenko, the head of accounting sector, taught me the subtleties of Komsomol work. After graduating with honors from ZKS in Kazan, I worked as a secretary of the Komsomol committee in city transport and medical institutions. Mr. Mansur Khafizov, first Secretary of the Komsomol Committee, entrusted me with organizing lectures on ideological struggle and the youth in closed prisons. Was elected as the chairman of the commission for the election of people`s judges. Wrote about Komsomol everyday life and interviewed leading Komsomol members, organized events in the Devon youth cafe, and started with poetry. Working in the Komsomol, I gained vast experience in managing people and solving complex problems.

In Bratsk, Eastern Siberia, where fate took me, I consider Mrs. Diana Shkerina, the honored teacher of the Russian Federation and the headmaster of the gymnasium №1, as my mentor, who supported my progressive undertakings at school.

In May 1999, I left school for good, and in October 1999, worked as an interpreter on board the international aircraft «The Flying Hospital», carrying out a charitable mission under Mr. Boris Berezovsky`s program in Eastern Siberia.

After the mission, I started as a private tutor for kids, schoolchildren and adults. Taught children of Russia`s famous people.

Graduated from Luule Viilma`s courses on personality psychology. Gained extensive experience working with children suffering from cerebral palsy, autism, dyslexia and etc.

For about 10 years I worked as a guide-interpreter for tourist groups in Europe, Asia and North Africa.

Over the past 20 years, over 250 students have been trained under my private English language training program, of whom more than 90 live and work in China, Israel, Canada, Mexico, the United States, Australia, the Czech Republic and etc.

Those who have been helped out of depression, drug use and suicide are always deep in my heart.

In 2003, I completed English language courses Embassy CES in Hastings, South England.

In 2012, in St. Petersburg, near the Mariinsky Theater, I opened English courses in honor of the diamond anniversary of Queen Elizabeth 2. The courses were attended by preschoolers and schoolchildren, businessmen and adults, actors from the Mariinsky Theater such as Tatiana Cheremukhina, etc.

Having moved to the south of Russia for permanent residence, I taught English at the educational centre «Sharks of Business» in Krasnodar.

In 2018, published the collection «Life-long poetry».

In 2019, I completed Julie Poe`s courses on personality psychology.
Currently, I continue teaching online according to my author`s program.
